JusticeX.ai is a software platform. It provides objective, mathematical analysis only. It is not a law firm, mediator, or arbitrator, and it does not give legal advice.
JusticeX.ai is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology platform. It is not a law firm, mediation provider, arbitration service, or legal-services organization. JusticeX.ai does not practice law, provide legal advice, render legal opinions, represent parties before any court, agency, or tribunal, or act as an advocate, counselor, mediator, or arbitrator. No attorney-client, mediator-party, or fiduciary relationship is created by accessing or using the platform.
The user selects either option, or both, on a per-matter basis. Both outputs are mathematically extrapolated from the parties' own submissions and from publicly available legal authority. All views and data in JusticeX are objective and quantitative — never subjective.
JusticeX.ai does not interpret legal authority, render opinions on legal judgments, recommend or shape arguments to pursue in any forum, advise on strategy, predict outcomes, or otherwise provide legal counsel, mediation, or guidance. Where the platform surfaces statutes, regulations, case law, or other legal precedent, it does so without interpretation, recommendation, or opinion as to outcome — solely for reference and objective consideration. All interpretive and strategic decisions remain with the user and the user's licensed attorney, mediator, or qualified neutral. The outcome of any matter is the parties' own agreed view; JusticeX's role is purely, objectively facilitative.
AI features may summarize materials, identify themes, and produce structured, objective feedback on the completeness, internal consistency, or general strength of a submitted position. AI output is generated by automated systems, may contain errors, omissions, or fabricated content ("hallucinations"), and does not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion, or any prediction of how a court, agency, mediator, or arbitrator may rule. All AI-generated content must be independently reviewed and validated by the user and, where appropriate, by a licensed attorney or qualified neutral, before it is relied upon.
JusticeX.ai builds its unauthorized-practice-of-law and responsible-AI safeguards to be consistent with the guardrail model established for AI in the legal sector, including Anthropic's Claude for Legal: every AI output is treated as a draft for attorney review — not legal advice or a legal conclusion; legal citations carry source attribution, and any reference not verified against an authoritative source is flagged rather than presented as settled; explicit gates sit before anything is filed, sent, or relied upon; the platform applies conservative defaults on privilege and on subjective legal calls; and jurisdiction assumptions are surfaced. JusticeX applies these standards, on a going-forward basis, to every feature and disclosure. It is further JusticeX's policy to use Claude and any third-party connectors or partner tools in compliance with Anthropic's applicable Usage Policy — including its high-risk-use requirements for legal services, namely human oversight and disclosure of AI use — and with the terms of those third-party providers, now and on a continuing basis. This reflects a shared standard of care and a commitment to comply with the governing policies; it is not a partnership with, sponsorship by, endorsement by, or certification from Anthropic or any AI provider.
Nothing on the platform — including AI output, comparisons, precedent listings, templates, checklists, sample language, summaries of authority, or workflow guidance — is legal advice or argument guidance. JusticeX.ai does not itself provide mediation, arbitration, conciliation, or any other dispute-resolution service, and does not offer perspectives on what positions or arguments a party should advance. Users requiring legal advice, argument strategy, or professional dispute-resolution services should retain a licensed attorney or qualified neutral in their jurisdiction.
Licensed mediators, attorneys, and other qualified professionals who use JusticeX.ai do so as independent professionals operating under their own licenses, professional rules, malpractice coverage, and engagement terms. JusticeX.ai does not employ, supervise, direct the professional judgment of, or assume responsibility for the services provided by any such professional, who is an independent third party and not an agent, employee, partner, or joint venturer of JusticeX.ai.
JusticeX.ai employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect user data; no system, however, can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for evaluating the sensitivity of information they upload and for complying with their own confidentiality, privilege, and regulatory obligations. Use of the platform is governed by the JusticeX.ai Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Laws governing legal practice, mediation, AI-assisted services, data protection, and consumer protection vary by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of JusticeX.ai complies with the laws applicable to them. By accessing or using JusticeX.ai, the user acknowledges and agrees to this disclaimer.
